My mothers D dimer value is 219 ngFEU/ml . She is COVID recovered . Is it necessary to use blood thinners please suggest.

I am suffering from frequent sneezing from last one year many Dr said it could br allergic rhinitis twice in week i suffer from heavy sneezing when i take anti allergic medicine than it will stop again when i stop medicine the symptoms again starts sometime 20 to 30 sneez per day and not more runny nose but my eyes looks like red and watery please suggest me long term solutions due to heavy sneezing my throat also disturb.

Hi dr , My mother is having symptoms of covid 19 since 7 days from today as cold cough and loss of smell but she had not tested rather my family doctor had given ivermectin ,paracetamol, azithral 500 , montelare multivitamin, and coughsyrup as symptomatic treatment. And she was also recovering well from all.with normal spo2 97-98. However since yesterday evening she had fever of 99-100 for which I am giving paracetamol . Is it a matter of concern or what should I need to do For my mother

My mother (age: 59 years; having diabetics, thyroid, asthma) got covid positive on 13th May.. Symptoms came on 12th may. 20th May onwards, She had 1) Medrol (16mg bd 3 days, 8mg bd 2 days & 4mg bd 2 days) steroids 2) Debigatran 150mg for 3 weeks CRP values in mg/L were noted as below:- 18may: 36 21may: 14.99 24may: 1.65 28may: 3.75 Post covid NOW, she has observed 3 issues: 1) Half tooth got broken while having food. {this tooth was filled one}. Is that early sign of black fungus? 2) Lower Back Right Side intermittent pain which increases on walking/ position changing. Is that early symptom of heart attack? 3) Currently having Extra sugar control medicine metformin 500 bd before food. When can blood sugar level be expected to reach at normal with only old tablets tribet 2 before bed and amway madhunashini during breakfast? Request to please guide for above 3 queries.
