Does a single dose of prednisone 10 Mg make you feel dizzy, my wife is covid positive today is 5 th day so wysolone 10 Mg is given, but dizziness starts. How to get rid out of it.

I am 21 year old i am having high bp since 3 years now my bp increases again to 172/95 so dr gave me metoprolol succinate 50 mg ie.,velol xl 50 since 2 months earlier i used to have metoprolol succinate 25mg but now since 2 month i am having 50 mg but i am feeling low heart rate and also i m tired some time should I change the tablet to telmisartan 40 mg or stick to metoprolol succinate??

I have taken covisheild vaccine in the morning.But am not experiencing any kind of fever or body pains or hand pain.Does vaccine not working on me?
