Flu

Diabetic patient. 1st dose vaccination - 20th May, suffered fever, 25th May recovered. 1st June suffered Fever, 2nd June Rtpcr test - negative. CRP - 45 Medication - Augmentin and Dola. It helped, but fever continued. CRP - 23 and d-dimer - 800. 7th June started with Ivermectin, Ecospirin, Dola. Fever settled by 10th June. 16th June - fever started again, 18th June, CRP - 54. Went for chest x ray and USG for abdomen and pelvis. Started with medication as per doctor - Azithromycin and Cefuroxime. I would like to know if we should continue this medication course of 5 days and then go for CT scan to futher analyse OR go immediately with CT scan so that there is no further problem to her. Dear sir,  I am male. 33 years old. My weight is 100kg. No blood pressure. No diabetes. No any underlying condition. I have been infected with sars-2 covid virus on May 23. I have been admitted in hospital on May 25. My CT score was 20/40 on June 1. I have been discharged from hospital on June 7. I took 12 days home rest after discharge. Now all my symptoms went away. But, when I walk upstairs means, I am experiencing fast breath and fast heart beat. My current oxygen level is 95 and my current pulse rate is 115 per min. It would be really grate full of you are able to answer me below one question. 1. I want to quit smoking. For that I planned to have nicotex chewing gum. Is it safe to use.? Regards, Dilip

Hlo! I am having some neck dizziness and pain. In evening I had sharp pain for 2-3 minutes on left side of head near ear which got fine... Also I feel confused and as if my speech has got difficult... though I am able to speak clearly. I tried tongue twister n cud speak 5 times easily so making me think maybe anxiety or due to dry mouth feeling like that.. I have metallic taste in mouth. My arms are fine but they do feel mildly numb n weak In February I used to get right sided weakness from mouth to leg and other symptoms for which MRI brain was done which was normal What shud I do now? Just 4 days back I was fit n fine n doing my regular Zumba

Hi dr My periods are regular I have no other problems I recently visited my gynac and she checked me inserting her finger and said it was all normal I had just visited for a routine checkup I get this weird coloured discharge in the end of my periods I have also noticed this sometimes in the start before I get my periods a little light orangish I have attached photo below I wiped today and the discharge is in this colour I think it's normal I'm just curious to know Today is my 6th day of period I'm not bleeding as my bleeding always ends by day 5 This is what I found today on the tissue and in my underwear Just curious Is this the end discharge ? Hi doctor, I have been consuming beer from last 12 years. LFT, ultrasound all other health test reports are normal except little higher cholesterol levels. I keep checking every 3-4 months. From last 6 months I am experiencing slow digestion. I have dinner everyday at 7pm, at 10pm I feel stomach full and feel undigested making it difficult to sleep. Also experiencing gastritis frequently. My question: because of beer consumption digestive problems occur?

My vitamin D is only 12. What do I need to do? Does vitamin D deficiency cause chest pain also? Because I have chest pain 2-3 times a day for 10-15 seconds. The pain is pinch like in my upper chest. Sometimes, it is on right side and sometimes on left.  My blood test, ecg and chest x-ray are all fine. I am also having some bowel problems. Does vitamin d deficiency affect bowels also?

From the last few days I feel dizziness in lead when I stand up after lying down, I feel slight tightness near shoulder joint and because of this I feel some pain in left side of chest especially when I bend forward, in lying down position I feel very minute numbness in left leg and same left feet has pain in heel area especially in morning. I had fever in April first week for 10 days followed by extreme weakness . Covid report was negative but typhoid was detected in Vidal test. I took first shot of covaxin in mid May. I checked myself to cardiologist and ecg was normal. He has asked me to rest for a month and then he shall do stress echo. I'm overweight, 118kg and 6 feet. Pls guide how should I approach to this problem and what could it be?
