Hi, I took whey protein powder before covid 19 but after positive I stopped it..can I take it for psot covid recovery as protein supplement as My daily diet doesn't have enough protein

The skin near the index finger nail has swollen since two days. The swollen area pains when touched.

There is a marriage in a farm house on 6th June and is getting vacated on 7th morning. We are planning to go there on 9th morning for 2-3 days stay. Is it safe to visit and stay there after a marriage over there couple of days before... ? any precautions that we should be taking? We would be going with 2 kids - 8 and 13 years old... pls advise if it is safe.

Hi Doctors, I am facing a problem, whenever I sleep if it discontinuous in between then I am not able to sleep again. Like if slept at 1 AM and woke up without any reason at 5 AM then If I try to sleep again, I can't do so. Please suggest something Thanks

I was covid positive on 18th April on 5th May I tested negative. I took treatment at home by consulting doc. My Ct score was 5/25. oxegen 98 99. My CRP d dimmer CBC report were normal. Now today after a long time I feel dyness in throat and little breathlessness for 20 min. Now I am ok. I am not taking any medicine right now. What should I do?

I am 42 year old and my wife is 41 ..Both have some health issues .Myself have allergy related asthma for which I take inhalers and my wife has moderate cholesterol for which she takes Rosuvas 5 daily ..she also suffers from occasional migraine .are we OK to be administered with Covishield vaccine which is due tomorrow..thanks ì
