Greetings, On Apr 25th 2021 I am affected with Covid-19 and recovered on May 17th.Initial screening has been done at ESI Govt hospital and advised to be in home quarantine. As I am working in abroad I need to submit Covid recovery certificate which attested from Saudi Embassy. As per know source only government gazette officer can issue. Any leads or reference are appreciated.

Hello sir During my annual health checkup, it was found that my VLDL cholesterol and Triglyceride is very high. Also Hdl cholesterol is low. Please suggest me what should I avoid in eating so that my cholesterol comes in control without medication. Or should i take medicines for this. Please suggest.

My father is 64 yr old. It's been 1 month since he was Covid positive. He had to take predmet 16 for 7 days which stopped 10 days ago. His Bp is fluctuating throughout the day since then. He takes Amlokind5 once every day regularly.  147/97 to120/80 . It fluctuates mostly in early morning and night. Please guide . ( He is on Aspirin 75 mg )

I have been noticing visible pulse in upper abdomen. I got usg and CECT abdomen done to rule out aneurysm. Both indicate that everything is normal. However, I am still unable to find a reason for the pulsation in abdomen. It's really evident when laying down. I am not particularly lean in the stomach area. I got some fat in the belly region and have grade 1 fatty liver.  I am 5.10 tall and weigh 71 kgs. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello Doctor, I got vaccinated today (first dose) and getting body pains and fever. The Vaccination center suggested to take Dolo 650 but did not mention anything about the intervals/ how many times. Request you to suggest.

I feel mild itching and discomfort near the anus area usually in the night. I suspect this could be due to pinworms and would like to take a course of deworming. Can I have a prescription for a deworming drug along with the dosage ?
