Dear sir past month I've undergone endoscopy they gave report with d1:few Erosion and d2:normal impression: deudoinal ulcer my symptom tight poop with blood chest pain but report doesn't match can they give wrong report by hiding anything

Hard stools  with passage of blood can be due to anal fissure or hemorrhoids ( piles ). It will not be visible in upper gi endoscopy. The chest pain can be due to duodenal ulcer according to the endoscopy report. Reports will not be hidden or changed  at any cost.
