I was injured 4 months back from a rusty iron plate and had taken tetanus injection then. Today again I got another injury by hitting to an iron shutter, do I need to take tetanus injection again? How long generally the effect of injection lasts?

Hello doctor My mother 63 years is having white patches like ulcers in mouth and having burning sensation also from last one week. She has applied candid mouth paint also but still having burning sensation.She is having acidity problem also. What is the reason for the same.
