Sir my sister is covid positive on 21 may till now she was okay but in last 3-4 days she has suffered pain in all body joints and pain increases when she lay down on bed for sleep, she has lots of acetic burp also. What i can do please?

High grade fever after COVID vaccine
Hi Doctors, My wife is experiencing high fever of 104 degree after been vaccinated by COVISHIELD with pain in arm. Doctors in healthcare centre gave two paracetamol which she took in the afternoon and night now the temperature is 101.7 at 2:45am.
What should we do if fever persists?

Minor Foot pain
Cramping felt in legs, Physical work load is too much...Spend at least do house work consistently for 5 hours...Amount of rest is very less, maximum 6 hours. Plz suggest some remedies and medications. Do I apply hit it cold water bottle too? I have thyroid..No other life problems such as Diabetes and High BP.

I have recovered from covid a month back, that time my CRP was 29, later it had come down to 5 . Now since last 5-6 days I am having heaviness in left side of chest and slight pain so I checked my CRP it's 25 again, D dimer is 350 & Ferritin is 25. Pls suggest any medicine or further tests.
