Flu

I was suffering from cold since 2 days , cold is gone only nose block sometimes otherwise fine but it's feeling warm in both legs , just like i am having a fever but only in both legs and rest of the body is normal Nothing , but legs feel very similar to i am having fever.

I am feeling like vertigo from yesterday afternoon. I was taking a nap yesterday on a couch. I suddenly wake for online meeting. Thereafter, I am feeling like vertigo. Today, morning the feeling is same. It is more when I am walking. I feel like I will fall losse balance.

Since month I am taking femilon tablet and I having breast pain For breast pain I m using mecgla for two weeks It giving little relaxation but after periods also I am having mild pain in breast Is it okay? Any thing serious?

I've been having body weakness/tiredness. Find it hard to breathe when I wear even a very thin safety mask. Also having shortness of breath after walking a short distance. Is it a symptom of covid or is it general body weakness?

Hello doctor, I feel like my heart is beating abnormally fast. This is the third time today. I checked my pulse rate with oximeter and manually - both the times it came 104 bpm. I feel a bit change in breathing as if Iam feared of something and I also felt little dizzy this morning. Is this okay to ignore?
