Hi sir ive gastroscopy 1 month before for tight poop with blood and black flecks on stools I've attached my report if I have bleeding in upper gi they would have highlighted in report right??

Yes they would’ve had highlighted it in the report if you had any bleeding in upper GI. Avoid chilli or spicy food, avoid alcohol and avoid smoking. Please drink plenty of cold milk and more of fruit juices. You can take tablet Pantokind DSR once a day one hour before food for three weeks. You can take syrup Mucaine Gel two tablespoons one hour after food for one month.
