I am 45 years male height 5' 6", weight 100 kg. From last few weeks I am observing high blood pressure 150/100 intermittently. Started taking Telvas 40 however not regularly but on the day of high bp. I also feel leg shivers, heart palpitation and headache during high bp. Please suggest treatment. No diabetes or other issues except fatty liver.
