Why there is timeline for 3 months for second dose. After break through infection Is it advisable to get before 3 months of recovery ?

Covid was detected after I faced issue of uneasiness on may 12 in antibody test. Problem still there like uneasiness, weakness, insomnia, irritation in stomach and gastric causing discomfort mostly at night after dinner.

I am having very difficult times in washroom. I feel like going to washroom frequently to pass stools but end up without passing stools but only passing gas. I am feeling scratchiness in my throat from past 2 days. Last month the same thing happened but it got cured on its own. My throat and nostrils  also get dry. From past 2 months there was mucous in my throat but since it has begin to dry the scratchiness of the throat has increased. It happens Mostly after taking meals and during night time. Kindly tell me the possible reason and is it something serious ??
