Hi doctor, Dur to my covid( was having 4 month back) , I have developed fear and phobia of measuring sp02 every 1 hour. It is affecting me badly. I start crying when sp02 goes to 97 because generally my sp02 come 98. How to overcome this ?? I am living hell life due to this??

I am feeling low and depressed. I and my girlfriend we love each other a lot. But her parents are not allowing her to marry me. I am a punjabi and she is a brahman. They are discriminating on the basis of caste. Her elder brother has married a punjabi girl. Brahmins allow their son to do intercaste marriage but not their daughters. Sometimes I feel like I should commit suicide. She also loves me and her parents are washing her brain day by day. I think I should commit Suicide because their is no point living in this world without the girl whome I love the most. I can do anything for her. We are in a relationship for 6 years now and we both love each other. I cannot imagine my life without her. Brahmins are greedy and selfish for them their daughters happiness is not important caste is important and for their son happiness is important caste is not important.
