High BP and HR at Doctor clinic
When ever my BP and HR is measured at hospital it is always high like BP 160-180/90-110 and Heart rate is 100 to 120 where as in Home it is less like BP 120-135/80-90 and heart rate 80 to 90.... how to reduce high bp and head rate at hospital check, do I need any medication for this ?

Its called white coat hypertension....measure bp at home after taking 10 mins rest and note them down ....so them to the doctor....also you might still be hypertensive with the bp measurements  you have given at home ....further follow up in clinic adviced
