Dear sir am raju, i dont know when goto the hospital, bp cheak am tollay fear and tension, sir that time little hight and 2or3days i was thinging bp only, 2month back not well that time normal, so that not any thing bp, 2day back not wel check 160/90, doctors told to high check again some days, that time am thigking my bp was high, after i told doctors when i was check fear and tension so doctor told to me it normal,
Why like this i purchase bp machine cheak bp 130/100 thay time also fear abd tension after 4time take reading 124/86 showing,
My family no history bp,
My office employee got bp when i saw that time fear and tension was bp
