Sir my current BP is 150/98. What please prescribe me medicine. And also suggest me diet etc for good health.

Tab amlodipine 5 mg 1 tab once a day after breakfast to continue. Check your fasting blood sugar. Stop smoking Low salt diet Low fat diet Regular exercise.
