My mother's BP came today 130/90. Is that high? Does she needs to take BP medicine? Please suggest accordingly

No need for medication right now. Regular BP monitoring morning and evening, Salt restriction. 30min brisk walk. Weight management. Lipid profile , FBS, PPBS and ECG.

130/90 is not very high B.P for your mother's age,monitor B.P twice daily for 5 days,if rising trend then consult a physician.Dietary and lifestyle modifications should be followed
