Previously i dont have bp
I have been suffering from a cold and my whole body is burning, pain for that i visited a doctor, then he checked my bp and it is 150/90 all of sudden, he asked do you have bp i said i don't have bp and last fifteen days ago i checked and it is 115/80 now it is changed, what is the problem.

It may be due to anxiety as well. Just as a precaution just check your BP regularly once in the morning and night for a month. Alternate days would be fine. Contact Carna Health Centre Nagarbhavi Bangalore for a consultation

Please get your BP checked every other day for three occasions. Then the Doctor will decide whether you need any treatment or not.

Single High BP reading does not show that you are having hypertension. Because you are having cold ,stress slight high reading of BP may occur . Avoid stress Take low salt diet. Maintain proper hydration. Take fresh fruits and vegetables. Take adequate sleep.
