I took my 1st dose today afternoon.. frm 12am I'm feeling unbearable chills and body aches . Around 8 .40pm I took one paracetamol.. now what should I good. It's almost 4 hrs . Can I repeat the tablet??

Hello, I spit out very tiny amounts of blood very rarely. I keep forcing coughs and clearing my throat to see if there are any traces of blood but there aren't any blood everytime I check, it only happens very randomly. My saliva is clear all day and I don't seem to have any issues reguarding my health. No cough, No chest pain, No fever, No Breathlessness, No Vomiting and etc. I do not smoke l, I have never drank beer or wine in my entire life and I am still 20 years old. If my forceful coughing did not bring any traces of blood, where could the blood have come from? (I provided a photo of one of my spits 4 days ago)

Is it normal to feel pulse on fingertips, .if u firmly press on a hard surface . No i dontr ferl it everytime neither it hurts aur any sensation, but if you grab something with my hand and if my concentration by mist go towards my grip i feel pulse,not throbbing sensation straight up pulse the heart rate, have consulted a cardiologist, neurologist, by the way 2 neurologist one straight up said fo color Doppler without listening to my whole issue the other one said no need, my concern is like when we use pulse oximeter it reads our pulae from our finger, so is the pulse i am feelinon fingertips normal or not.. Please help. I don't have any heart condition had my echo and ecg done, but once i had.my bp shoot 160/118 due to.severe stress after an injury.
