Post discharge of 15 days from hospital due to COVID my D Dimer levels gone up to 2200 .. Using Clopidogrel with Asprin and Atorvastatin 10mg ., I was advised to use for 1 month.. Do I need to repeat D Dimer , Also my BP is now 135/94.. Do I need to worry for BP and start any medication

Is TOTAL 4mg consumption of decadan(dexamethasone) is excess ? I was given 0.50 mg decadan for 4 days, BD= total 4 mg. Home isolation, normal conditions. Can it induce any issue given person is non-diabetic (fasting 90, 110 post meal) and has normal immunity level(no other issues). Please note that meds were taken 2 MONTHS back.(April last week). Can it show it's affect after 2 months too?? I don't have any issues after recovery(2 MONTHS BACK).
