Other than pain in injected site I don't feel any pain or fever ... what is the reason not getting any after effects of covishield?

Is pulsating finger a sign of hypertension??? I am having these odd symptom since last week, 3-4 time within last month my bp had rise to 160/100 ,150/90, 140/90 but while i was having anxiety but also had low value when i was not having anxiety like 128/72 , 130/80 120/80 , can i develop hypertension within a month because of this fluctuation within a month, i also have high cholesterol.

My mother 57 years of age is suffering from dry cough for more than a month. She to anti allergic medication for 7 days Montelukasl sodium and Levocetirzine hydrochloride tablet IP but it doesn't work. Then using her old precision she is now taking Azithromycin tablet IP 250 mg and anti allergic cough syrup for more than 7 days but it is not working. Please provide your valuable suggestion. Hi doctors, I have naval area liquid discharge since 4 days and also fever is there. What medication should I take for that. Can you please confirm, I am taking now cefixim 400, fusidic acid cream and diclofenac from 3 days. But there is no improvement.

My mother had cut yam yesterday. Since then she is having swelling, redness and itching on the palms. She had been cutting yam earlier also but nothing like this happened. Only now, this kind of reaction which has not reduced with coconut oil. She also took L montos tablet but this has not reduced
