Hi My blood sugar fasting 122, post lunch 116, hba1c is 6.5%. Do I have to take medication or I can do diet control without medicine.

I will sweat while eating spicy items is it good sign or is it bad please suggest what I should do. .

Dr, I have back head pain sometimes from past 2weeks and while standing or walking feels like i was on boat,pain on upper neck portion,getting angry and not getting intrest on any work,and if i turns my head feels dizzy and getting pressure on my eyes,and getting thoughts like i have big disease like brain tumours, Actually i have vestibular migrane ,i am not in medication ,is this symptoms which is related to vestibular migrane or any other disease.please suggest

Hey, my sleep schedule is really really bad. I sleep at about 2-4 am and wake at about 8-10am, I've been sleep deprived for a few weeks. Now I just wanna change it 10:30 pm to 5 am Any tips?
