Sometime uneasy feeling in heart

Test report--ECG normal, mild enlarged liver -158mm. Problem not clear to me. But sometimes uneasy feeling in heart. Wo bhi not always, but kabhi kabhi 2or 3 times in a year from 4 to 5 years.
