I am feeling fever, dry caugh and bodyache. Took paracetamol once four hours before but no improvement. Fever.         - 101 degree,. Pulse rate. -  110 Kindly recommend some medicine please

Take meftal 500mg if fever is not coming down with paracetamol. Do tapid sponge ( pani ke patti ) Drink a lot of fluids. Don't take any anti biotics for now. Get rt pcr covid and cbc crp for now later u can do d-dimer as it's expensive. Keep a pulse oximeter near by and monitor saturation. If you have other illness like high bp or sugar please see a doctor immediately and take it seriously
