My father has gone under surgery of hernia and channel turp now his legs are swollen please help and BP is also high

Does he have fever? He can take tablet ibugesic plus thrice a day. He can take Lasix one tablet in the morning daily. He can take tablet Cefram 750 twice daily for five days. Drink plenty of fluids regularly. Medicine to be taken after food.
