My fasting random blood sugar is 76.do I need to do any further blood tests to rule out diabetes if yes what tests?

I had iron infusion 10 days.i had swelling while infusion so i stopped immediately .. swelling was there for 4 days . Swelling have reduced but pain in my elbow is there above infusion site . I am applying thrombopheb ointment and heat .. there is no color change in that area. Please help with this .. is it any problem inside .. damage to inner area. Please help
