I am taking antidepressant and Benzodiazepines for last 6 month for my Anxiety disorder due to physical inactivity I am weight gained highly especially in waistline was worst can I die from obesity I feel anxious about this

Oh well. It may take few years but before that obese people get diabetes blood pressure and heart disease etc. Limit the use of benzos use it very sparingly. Get a positive outlook and incorporate a exercises routine and monitor your diet and weight.
