I have tested positive on 19 may. And after recovering I have mild coughing problem. I don't have any other problem. So I consult my physician and doctor told that I have slightly mucus on lungs. So doctor recommended me N Acetylcysterine Effervescent tablets twice a day for one month. Doctor told me this medicine is for protection of lungs. And save my lungs from infection. Is my medicine is correct?. And when my coughing problem will be gone?

Since past 3 weeks, I noticed a small lump on right shoulder, it is hard. I never had such lump previously at this spot, so I am worried. How to cure it and what is this lump.

Hi, past two month or so, post covid(home isolation), I have been feeling feverish, especially in evening where temperature usually go upto 99.6F. Temparature goes to normal in night. I have got all the tests including CBC, typhoid, malaria, thyroid etc done and everything is normal. Just for history, during covid, HRCT on 8-9th day came back normal with score of 0/25 and looks like there is no lung infection as well. Please suggest.

45 days back, my vitamin D level was 19. So, went for D3 60k weekly supplement. Now level is 44. But I did CBC too, there platelets count came as 125,(range is 150-450). Is that expected due to high vitamin D supplement. 3 months back I had covid too, after 6th day went for CBC and platelets were 240 then... Recovery was in home isolation. So this low platelate is due to post covid or Vitamin D supplement?? I don't have any issue or symptoms..
