  4. Bad smells. Cause of this sour smell?

When I went to latrin , from stool a sour smell leave and everyone in my house complaints about this to me. I have pcod too but there is no problem in my period . But lot of hair fall is happening. I am already consulting a dermotologist for 1 months.what is the cause of this sour smell ? With which specialist I have to consult pls help
