I want to know that my RA factor and ANTI CCP ,ANA ,ENA ,ESR ,CRP was quite normal last month ,but my knee joints pain not relived ,I want to know should I repeat the test or not

No need to repeat , one has to look for cause other than autoimmune disease

Why would you repeat it. How would that help. Unless you have some suspicion that it was false negative test results. As it can happen. I would rather recommend that you get a knee x Ray or even mri if given the choice.
