High ESR and CRP levels
I am 37 yo female, had COVID in July, fully recovered now.. yesterday got my general blood tests done. ESR level is 19 and CRP is 14.1 . I am having hypothyroidism and taking Thyronorm 150mcg. Also I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I am overweight at 85 kgs. Kindly suggest why these levels are high and how to reduce them.

hello... First of all, just having high levels of esr and crp alone cannot be a cause of concern until you have other signs or symptoms. reports alone cannot be treated, it has to be interpreted alongside signs and symptoms. your ESR is close to normal but CRP is a bit on the higher side. if you don't have any underlying illness or infection then it is fine. don't stress about it. it is unlikely to be due to COVID I can assure you as you had covid in JULY... Crp increases due to various reasons.
Next Steps
if you are anxious about it, ask a doctor to examine you.
Health Tips
i would still say dont stress over the results only.
