Thank you for providing detailed test results. At age 32, with body pain (leg and shoulder), a controlled meniscus tear, and normal inflammatory and autoimmune markers (RA factor, CRP, Anti-CCP, ANA all negative)—your lab profile does not support Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) or autoimmune arthritis. Your ESR of 25 is only mildly raised and can be due to: Chronic soft tissue strain (like meniscus injury) Vitamin D deficiency Post-viral fatigue Stress, poor sleep, or low physical activity Suggested Next Steps: Vitamin D3 & B12 test – commonly low in such cases Gentle physiotherapy/stretching for joint and muscle support Orthopedic review for the meniscus if pain worsens Rheumatology follow-up only if new joint swelling, morning stiffness >30 mins, or fatigue appears Currently, you do not have RA or inflammatory arthritis as per reports. Focus on rehabilitation and supportive care. For consultation, connect with me on Practo for video consultations. If you have an unhealed meniscal tear then make sure to take treatment to heal it. Any ligament injury if not treated or unhealed will lead to early onset of Osteoarthritis of knee. These days PRP injections give very good relief for these injuries
Next Steps
Consult with a Pain Management Specialist
Health Tips
Avoid sitting cross legged

Leg pain is  most likely due to meniscus tear, shoulder pain could be  muscular. Does the pain occur on  movements? Is there stiffness after rest? More details are needed as to duration of pain, aggravating and relieving factors, do you play some active sports like badminton? High ESR only indicates that there is some problem for some days.
Next Steps
Get MRI scan done for the painful shoulder as well, to exclude a ligament or cartilage injury.
Health Tips
Take tab Flexon M.R. one every 8 hours ,after meals for 4 to 5 days.  Tie crepe bandage over leg while walking. Try using both arms for any manual work you do. Connect for online consultation.

Hi, That's quite an elaborate report of your complaints. It's important for me to firstly understand what kind of joint pain you are having. I would like to connect with you over a consult. Only if your pain is an inflammatory type of pain, diseases like RA even come into consideration. Tests don't help there. Your symptoms do Thank you

As per the lab results you don't have Ra. ESR 25 is not significantly high.Torn meniscus though asymptomatic,on the Long run may contribute to developing arthritis of the affected joint.

Dear Patient, Thank you for sharing your detailed test reports. Based on your symptoms and investigations, here's my professional assessment: Key Findings: 1. Your ESR of 25indicates mild inflammation, but negative RA factor, CRP, Anti-CCP and ANA rules out common inflammatory arthritis like Rheumatoid Arthritis. 2. The meniscus tear(even if controlled) can cause referred pain patterns affecting your shoulder and leg. 3. Other possibilities include:    - Mechanical pain from posture/work habits    - Early degenerative changes    - Fibromyalgia (if tender points present) Recommended Next Steps: - A detailed physical examination is crucial to correlate your pain patterns with clinical findings - Consider MRI of affected joints if pain persists - Evaluation for muscle imbalances or nerve involvement Important Note: While your tests are reassuring for major arthritis, persistent pain needs proper evaluation to: Identify the exact source Prevent chronicity Start targeted treatment I recommend scheduling a consultation with me for: - Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment - Personalized management plan - Guidance on exercises/therapies For appointment booking, you can reach me on WhatsApp at Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two. Let's work together to get you pain-free and functionally active.
