Maybe a muscle pull, during the exercise. Take tab flexon m.r one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days after meals. Get serum calcium done, if low take supplements. Do some hot compression. Just avoid exercise, for now. Restart after pain has improved and increase frequency slowly. Avoid jerky movements of upper limbs and shoulders. Avoid lifting and or pushing heavy objects.

Thank you for sharing your concern. Based on your description, the shoulder and arm pain that started after doing Bhujang Asana (cobra pose) is most likely due to muscle strain or overuse. Since you mentioned there are no other abnormalities, this appears to be musculoskeletal in origin.
For now, you may:
• Take adequate rest and avoid strenuous exercises for a few days.
• Apply warm compress to the affected area twice daily.
• Use an over-the-counter pain reliever or muscle relaxant if required (only if you have no contraindications).
• Gentle stretching can be started after the acute pain reduces.
⚠️ However, if you develop severe pain, numbness, weakness in the arms, or any associated chest discomfort, please consult a doctor immediately to rule out other causes.
If the pain persists beyond 2–3 days or worsens, I recommend you visit an orthopedic or physiotherapy clinic for a detailed evaluation.
Take care and get well soon.
