I had covid on April. I took first dose of covid vaccine 3 weeks ago but I still feel weak. Before taking vaccine I was taking mactotal syrup and it helped me in weakness and lost appetite. Can I take it again? I'm already taking healthy diet. Besides healthy suggest me any good health supplement.
