I am 33 yr old non working guy last  yr i due to continues loose motion dr suggested ibs treatment,later on aug 20 got typhoid. now after hard work or any activity i get fever (i dont go much outside) On july 11 got fever 37.5 ,bodyache ,cough July 12 checked for rapid antigen got negative result. Dr suggested me doxty t and sumo levocetrizine. Felt good after 4 days Whole month i am suffering from constipation and foam in stool On july 30 got sore throat ,mild fever 37.5,cough body ache and constipation dr suggested for widal report on31st July salmonella typhi 0 and h: 1:40 ,cbc test wbs count 12800 pdw 18.3. Maleria negative. Dr suggested me sumo half tablet ,swich cv 325  What should i do continue treatment

I am getting headache frequently from past 10 days. Headache and jaws ache which is not relieving for 2-3 days. I get migraine on left side but this headache is at my forehead

I want to ask that if I had Hepatitis 2-3 days back and now it is cured, so is there any test by which we can know wether I had hepatitis in past? Please tell. 🙏🙏

My mother is suffering from brain Aspergillosis post covid. She has taken her 1st doze of vaccine 10 days ago, at that time she has not get any side effects. I have long history of frequent typhoid from around 5 years. Whenever i get fever, i visited doctor, they used to do blood tests, it always seems to be positive for Typhoid. 1:180 or 1:320 dilutions sometimes. Everytime i treated for it, feeling down and weak with headache/body pains/feeling weighted atleast for 1 or 2 months. I visited many doctors asking for why im feeling weak this long, again they used to test for widal and again medication. Finally there would be no solution of becoming active/healthy. Last tym i got treated for Typhoid on April 18 2021, still feeling weak, Got tested for Covid, HIV, CT scan, ultrascan, endoscopy and some blood tests. No issues except positive for typhoid. Along with this recently affected with stomach burning/indigestion/burfing/fullness. Taking medication for these. Now im getting feared of what happening and what to do. Not able to concentrate on anything, what could i do for covid vaccination ? Some one please please help!!!

Hi doc I am having cold and mild cough since morning. I have 1 year old daughter who takes breastmilk. I am taking Allegra 120mg, azee 500 and paracetamol 650mg. Want to know can i take Asthalin cough syrup. Will it affect the baby? Thanks in advance

I am 23 yr old boy.. I am facing problem in passing stool , stool is soft but urges are there but when I going to toylet very little amount comming out feel like its stuck inside (same in gas passing) .. also I am felling some itching/ burning like in anus(no pain while pooping) .. from few days little blood was seen with stool but now it is not there.. ( Done USG which is normal, visit gestroentrologist 2 times taking lactifiber, acotiamide, lactose and pan mps)
