From couple of days I am feeling dizzy,
I am feeling dizzy and balance issue and my headache was also there ..frontal and back side ..I felt less interested about food and very tensed .. Recently did cbc everythng comes in normal range except esr (sediment rate ) 29 mm/hr My age 28 And balance issue ,and my left ear is kept on ringing sinusitis, issue and sound is not similiar as it is used to..I want to know what further test. I should do ..thanks in early..

Can be a feature of chronic frontal sinusitis with ear involvement. Need to examine and get some scan.
