I have done my cbc last month, haemoglobin was 8.6, started taking orofer syrup. I was doing fine but since 3-4 days, have started to feel weak again. My legs give up after walking 500m. Pls suggest something

I had covid two month ago with mild symptoms bodyache+ mild fever. I got wet in rain day before yesterday and then took a bath with cold water at night and slept with my AC on. Next day got a fever of 102.7 f . Took paracetamol 650 mg. After taking paracetamol temperature coming to 100.1 and then again after 6 hours going back to around 102f. Should I take any antibiotics?
