Father has 2 heart stents and on blood thinners. is vaccine safe or need consult before vaccination?

I have 2 muscle knots in my left upper abdomen (mostly outer layer of muscle) from last 2 yrs. Done MRI and all other test and even visited to multiple doctors but all temparory benefits. If I do accupunture it helps little or else medicine ( eliwel and revotril) which I hate to take. I am loosing my hope and frustrated alot due to this discomfort and not getting what treatment will help here DO STERIOD INJECTION ON LUMPS ARE HELPFUL FOR LONG TERM AND NO SIDE EFFECTS Please help

If I take medicines Revotril or eliwel then some relief but I hate to take those. If will do accupunture then also temporary relief. CAN someone help me if take steriod injection on lumps then it helpful and doesn't have side effects. Please help me as I am getting mad with this discomfort

Dear Doctors, Recovered from covide 68 days back. RTPCR 17.25 recovered at home with the help of Practo doctors. I experienced one different symptoms. When ever I try to sleep afternoon time There are Blade cuttings for inside body on hand for 10 days. That cuttings not made me sleep for 10 days. Now also I'm getting fear to sleep at afternoon. I use to take antibiotic tablets at afternoon. Later doctor explained me it is because of antibiotic tablets. After recovering from covide that marks came out from inside. Attached one image. There were five marks on my hand. My doubt how much vaccination is going to effect me if I take. Please help me out from this doubt.

Father is on indwelling catheter because of hypotonic bladder. Creatinine - 1.3 Attaching KUB ultrasound which tells hydronephrosis . How can I make sure that the kidneys are fine for him ? Is it an alarming situation ?
