Hi, I was having shortness of breath , wheezing and heavy hair loss for the past 6-7 months. Lung function test was normal and chest xray was also normal.I was prescribed with antihistamines and inhaler.But that was not so effective. Finally I found my vitamin d level as 12.18 ng/ml. I feel this is the cause for all my problems. Since after the lock down in March 2020,my sun light exposure reduced completely. Kindly suggest how long will it take to regain my Vitamin D levels and how to take supplements.

I have been doing a night shift job since 7 month which has completely ruined my schedule. I don't exercise on a regular basis, I'm either working or studying so I spend atleast 18 hours sitting on a chair. I feel pain in my chest every time I try to stretch now and I have a severe case of hair loss. I have always had really low bp and iron deficiency so I have serious period pain as well. Is vitamin B complex (neurobion) good for me? And should I start taking Iron Pills?
