Fever from 27th early morning (2-3am)
From 27th early morning (2-3am) I encountered 101 fever. This fever kept persistent till now ranging from 100.5 to 102.8 A little pain in abdomen and loose motions from today(2times till now). Sonography normal. Widal test normal. What can be the cause of fever

Your report and symptoms suggest bacterial infection, need proper antibiotics. Consult privately for proper management

It seems to be stomach infection. U need to take course of antibiotics, and other medicines for loose stools. For fever take paracetamol every 6 hrly and do cold sponging of body. Take soft diet orally and drink plenty of water. Take consult for proper advice
