But sometimes my BP is lower than 110/70,So can I take lower dose or alternate day.genrrally if my BP is lower than I skip the dose 2-3 day

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Nothing great in what you are doing.
It's more harmful than not taking medicines at all infact.
I cannot stop you from doing such things but I hope you know that when your blood pressure is normal it's because of the tablet which you took.
My advice- take medicine daily. There is a reason why it is recommended to take daily.
