My mother's weight is reducing. She has hypothyroid and she is taking medicine 25 mg medicine of thyroid we have consulted a docotr last year but all test came normal. What can be the reason of weight loss .she has problem of joint pain also .diabetes is normal .what can be the issue .sometimes she says she feel little pain just for 5 mins in left abdominal when she walk but it occurs sometimes not daily like twice in a month or so for just for some min we have consulted some docotr last year they said they is no problem .what can be the cause of this ?

My ESR value was 28mm/hr on 13 July 2021. It's is usually this much due to previous diagnosis of HS but not much higher than this. I tested again during 3rd day of period on 6 August 2021 and it has increased to 46mm/hr. Is this big a jump during menstruation normal? When should I test again?
