For the past 2 days, I was feeling a little weakness and yesterday I had extreme leg pain ( Weakness and throbbing pain in legs) so I took 2 whole paracetamol 650 power tablets in the day and night. I ate whole meals before taking tablets. However, from the same night onwards, I am facing with constant vomiting and diarhea that has continued in the morning as well. I am not sure whether this is a gynecological problem as I am currently menopausal.
