After covid I am having hair fall problem. What should I do to control my hairfall? Is there any natural remedy to control it..

I took vaccination on 17 July,I had fever and body aches for next whole day. I have allergy to fragnances and food ,I will use inhaler and L Montus tablet. From today morning onwards I feel nasal congestion, feeling like cold with mild shortness of breath. My doubt is can I take L Montus Tablet now.

I am having this problem of acute pain in my left foot around the ankle for sometime now . it pains badly and makes walking a tough task at times.. I have high uric acid around 7.6 constantly for over 2 years now...is this pain related to this or could it be something else...any remedy which could give relief.
