Low platlet count

I have gone for cbc on 3 july my platlet count was 1.32 lakh , and other are in normal range, I took himalaya platenza for 15 days bd , yesterday also i had my cbc done which shows platlet count 1.43 lakh and MPV is 12.3. I have no history of fever in last one month or so also gone for covid RTPCR which is negative.
