From yesterday i am having tender like / Light pain in back and hands. No feverish or Coighing. But i am having pain and discomfortness in back bone near the ear bone. Temeprature is normal and spo2 were also normal. Only headache, backache and hand ache.

Maybe due to cramps. Pain killers with muscle relaxants under prescription is advisable
