I understand you are experiencing fever, body ache, and headache since yesterday evening. These symptoms could be due to a viral illness (like flu or dengue), but to be sure and to rule out anything serious, I recommend the following: Please check and record your temperature. Stay well hydrated and take adequate rest. You may take paracetamol (if no allergy or contraindication) to reduce fever and body ache. Monitor for warning signs such as very high fever, severe headache, vomiting, rash, shortness of breath, chest pain, or worsening symptoms. If any of these occur, or if your fever persists beyond 2–3 days, please seek consultation from me  immediately...as detailed examination and history would be extremely necessary.......
