Hello,
I am a diabetic person, my sugar levels are normal and I am on only half tablet now but sometimes after exercise or in other time I feel buzzing sound in my ears and little sweeting and when I eat something like sugar it's again become normal, and I also feel more hunger after exercise ,please guide for my buzzing sound in ears
