2 months ago, My Vitamin D came as 15.
Doc advised D3 60k, once a week.
Now after 2 months, when retested it's 46.
Shall I stop taking D3 supplement now?
Or any maintaiance dose needed?
If yes, what shall be that maintainance dose to keep D3 above 40?

Sharp pain left side throat when swallow
I have severe sharp throat pain when I swallow on the left side of my throat for last 5-6 hours. I feel like something moves when I swallow with sharp pain. I have a mild history of acid reflux but I'm worried if this is something very serious.
