On Monday morning I woke up because of severe headache. Disprin didn't help me. Then I had Nasdom 500mg tablet. It give me a little relief but in the evening. Tuesday whole day I was fine but in the evening again it started. Wednesday I had my breakfast but still feeling the heaviness. I am feeling weak so taking naps. Hormonal changes aggravating the headache. Is it so? I also have BP problem. What should I do? Kindly help.

Hi I had some chilled water after which I had sore throat and got fever next day, took dolo and fever has subsided but fever returned again this morning and it was 102 degress. I am taking Azee, ascoril le syrup, febrex and montair lc. No other medicine is prescribed by the doctor. Took dolo on my own but the fever is still 99.9 degree.. Do I need any change in medicines. Pls adivice
