Iam non diabetic, today iam checked my FBS the value is 95, after 3 hours of breakfast the RBS 95.My Both FBS & RBS are normal or not?. How often to check Sugars. Pls suggest. Regards.

I got a routine blood test today and in the report one parameter Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) is on the higher side - 52, reference range is 0-31, What might be the cause of this.? Does this require medical attention? PFA the screenshot of the report attached.
